Decimal alignment using question mark place holders - format "???.???"

I CANNOT GET THE TEXT FUNCTION DECIMAL ALIGNMENT TO ALIGN THE DECIMALS

Answer

To ensure alignment use a mono space font such as Courier New. See figure 1.
